Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Customer Success Associate with a strong background in Shopify and inventory management. This role focuses on helping clients optimize their online stores, enhancing inventory processes, and offering valuable insights to elevate overall e-commerce performance. As a key client liaison, you will play an essential role in ensuring customers achieve success on Shopify stores and beyond.

Your Responsibilities:

eCommerce Strategy Guidance: Offer strategic advice to enhance clients' online store performance, focusing on user experience improvements, optimizing checkout processes, and boosting conversion rates.

Shopify Platform Expertise: Assist with Shopify setup and optimization, including product listings, theme customizations, app integrations, and overall platform efficiency.

Inventory Management Assistance: Support merchants with effective inventory management, including stock levels, demand forecasting, and restocking strategies, ensuring they utilize Shopify’s inventory tools effectively.

Order Management & Fulfillment: Address and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and fulfillment, ensuring a smooth process from order placement to delivery.

Technical Troubleshooting: Tackle technical challenges on Shopify stores and collaborate with internal tech teams for complex issues, ensuring swift resolutions.

Client Education: Lead training sessions and webinars on e-commerce best practices, Shopify functionalities, and inventory management to empower clients in optimizing their business.

Performance Monitoring: Track client store performance, analyze key metrics (such as order accuracy and customer feedback), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Customer Success Support: Act as the main contact for eCommerce merchants, responding promptly to inquiries about Shopify functionalities, product management, and operational issues.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor throughout their e-commerce journey.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on Shopify features and e-commerce processes to provide valuable input for platform enhancements and improved customer experiences.

What we're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically within an e-commerce setting with a focus on Shopify.
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify, including expertise in product management, order processing, and app integrations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, including demand forecasting, stock tracking, and restocking strategies.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting both technical and operational issues on e-commerce platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts into clear, understandable terms.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for monitoring and improving customer performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
